William Blair is the Senior Pastor of New Creation Assembly of God Church. As pastor, he directs the ministry of the church in the city and the south western region of the state. He also serves as the sectional M.A.N.Y. (Mission America New York), representative, coaching pastors in church revitalization projects.
Pastor Blair came to Jamestown, New York in 1999 to lead Cornerstone Christian Center,
one of the two Assembly of God churches in the city. During his time in Jamestown, he was
also asked to pastor the other church; Calvary Assembly of God. Both churches came together in 2005 and formed New Creation church.
Pastor Blair has ministered in a variety of places and positions. As a Navy Chaplain he served Navy, Marine, and NATO communities on both coasts and internationally. He has also served churches in South Carolina, North Carolina, Southern and Northern California, and planted a Spirit filled community in Italy.
Pastor Blair is married to Valle Blair. They have two daughters; Constance and Julie.
